June Furthers the Transformation…

As much as I would prefer to tell you that things are going to be much better this month, the truth is that the transformation continues. And that's a good thing. We are not going back to what was. Therefore, what will be must be birthed into existence. And that includes labor pains.

The quarantine has taught us that our institutions and organizations have gotten so crystalized that they are no good to anyone any more. Look at this partial list of what needs to go through transformation:

So, yeah, this is going to take a while.

And, yeah, you actually want this to keep unravelling.

The good news is that the heavens are set up to help us. We have four planets in retrograde now, and are about about to have Mercury join Pluto, Saturn, Jupiter, and Venus in the do-over dance to make that five.

There are also about to be three - count 'em THREE - eclipses to start the Summer. The first happens Friday, June 5th with a penumbral lunar eclipse during the Full Hawthorn Moon. On the Summer Solstice there will be a New Moon annular solar eclipse, creating the ring of Fire with both the Sun and Moon in Cancer's Cardinal Water. Neptune goes retrograde two days later, but Venus goes direct four days later. So much heavenly action! But wait…on the 4th of July, there will be another penumbral lunar eclipse on the Full Oak Moon. When eclipses come it is like turning off your life and turning it back on again. Everything gets rebooted. But in life, eclipses energize and enforce dramatic changes. They blow up bridges. There is no going back.

When the Moon is eclipsed by the Earth passing between it and the Sun, the Moon veritably disappears. The Moon is connected to your emotional life. When something disappears from your emotional life, it correlates to an ending. Some endings bring relief. Some bring sorrow. All are subjective emotional experiences. You may be glad your job disappeared in the pandemic. You may be frantic over how you will take care of yourself, or thrilling to new possibilities. You may not like what is revealed to you, but YOU get to decide how to respond to whatever happens. A female may be eclipsed from your life. Cancers are going to feel lunar eclipses deeply.

When the Sun is eclipsed, the Moon passes between the Earth and the Sun, so the Light of Day is blocked to us. We lose touch with truth because of the darkness. Our emotional response is tripled by the transit. Because something ends, there is the potential for a new beginning. A male may be eclipsed from your life. Leos are going to feel solar eclipses deeply.

Here is what you can count on:

1. There is going to be a bombshell event that will change everything.
2. Something will end and something else will begin.
3. This year's eclipses will be in the Water signs. They will be emotional.
4. Time will fast-forward. Keep your calendar flexible.
   
5. Truth will kick down the door of your reality.
6. What is eclipsed is gone. Move on. Don't look back.
7. Unexpected information downloads should be heeded. Pay attention.
8. If the eclipse is within a week of your birthday - or half-birthday - it is going to leave a mark.
   
9. Don't make a threat nor take a big action under the influence of an eclipse.

Eclipses repeat every 19 years. Think back to 2001, 1982, and 1963. What happened then didn't kill you but it changed EVERYTHING EVERY TIME. In the long run, life as you knew it may have been eclipsed - mine sure was! But, in the long run, things are better now than they were then. Eclipses help you do things you never dreamed you could do. They also always drop a second shoe. Always. It may take a little while…but count on it.

The King is Dead. Long Live the King.

The second eclipse in the series will happen on the Summer Solstice. This will activate a global event that will affect you. A king is going to die. This does not mean Queen Elizabeth will croak. Nor Donald Trump. Nor any leader of any country. It does means that life as you now know it is about to end, a male figure that drives it will exit your life, and a whole new way of life will begin.

We are ALREADY experiencing this. And it will continue. What you must do now is decide how you will create the next phase of your life. What was exists no longer. There is no going back. That part of your life has already been eclipsed. So take a deep breath, center yourself, and look at where you are now, what you need, and ways to meet those needs. Be sure to include less busy-ness in your future. Be here now, but take steps toward your future. What will be is determined by YOUR choices, YOUR actions, and YOUR continuing progress. Tend to yourself, your family, and your home. Then expand your priorities.

Step Away from the Screaming

Turn off the television. Put down your digital device. Look into the faces of your loved ones and reconnect. You are feeding the screamers your attention. Look at the posts on your social media feed. How many are about the new things you intend to bring to your life? How many are about the things you hate or fear in your life? STOP posting about Trump, the virus, the looting, the lack of money, and the riots. Just stop it. In order to have a better life, you must feed that better life.

In case the government should decide to censor all social media, make sure you have contact information for the people who are important to you. If Facebook was to go dark tomorrow, how would you contact those friends you've never met or spoken to? How will you ever hope to reconnect your network? My email is [email protected]. Even if you lose it, you can find it on my website. If you subscribe to this magazine, you will always receive future issues in your email. Look at your contacts on Facebook and LinkedIn and write them down, copy and paste into a document, or take a screenshot for later reference.

You don't know what tomorrow may bring, but you do know how to prepare for storms, especially in this time of quarantine. Take the warnings of the eclipses seriously. You will never regret being prepared for an emergency. It will give you something to do besides following more bad news!

Mercury is Going Retrograde in Cancer

This means your emotions and communications are going to revisit whatever you need another lesson in. I had a big blast of reminder on Sunday when I knocked over a full tall glass of cranberry juice onto my kitchen floor. I mopped up that mess for about an hour. Cabinets were splashed. Appliances were moved to mop beneath. Towels were soaked. Drips were chased. Even my shoes had to be washed to quit sticking with every step I took. And then, about dinner time, my big pottery pitcher of iced tea fell out of my refrigerator. CRASH and SPLASH!

I stood there looking at the spreading mess wondering what in THE world?! Later, after that tsunami was wrangled, I went to get my bourbon from the other room and make a cocktail. I carried it with two hands. It took me till Monday to realize it was Mercury's antics making these messes. Yeah, yeah, very funny. Sheesh! I was waiting for the third mess, but it didn't happen because I identified the trickster and disempowered him by laughing at the sheer wonder of the size of the two messes.

I am not telling you that there will be similar experiences for you, but I am putting out there that the Water element is all about liquid and flow, and flow has to do with communications, money, blood, and even traffic. It also has to do with electricity and technology and emails and business. Take it lightly, however it manifests for you. June is going to be a genuine joy ride, in every sense of the word. You get to decide whether to scream in raw terror or holler woohoo with your arms up.

We are all members of the same family - the family of man. Every man is your brother; every woman is your sister.

The biggest magic that mankind has is LOVE. Love conquers all. There is nothing that is not included in "all." Love is always the answer. There is no time that "always" is not part of.

Let us stand together in love by wearing at least one heart on the outside of our body every day. It can be a pin, an earring, a necklace, a t-shirt, or even a tattoo, whether inked under or over the skin. Green hearts, red hearts, pink hearts or hearts of gold - doesn't matter. Love comes in every color. Let's keep this simple. Wear hearts. Give hearts. Encourage others to show their heart love too.

Now Comes Forth the Holly King…

On the Summer Solstice, the longest day of the year, the days begin to get shorter. This cycle lasts until the Winter Solstice, as you recall, when on the longest night of the year, the days begin to grow longer. Bit by bit, the energy of the Sun will withdraw. We will go through July and August, and then watch as September brings Autumn in no time at all. You may not be ready for it today, but now you can get ready with me to guide you as we again watch the turning of the Wheel of the Year.

Remembering Fire Magic (Excerpt)

Rules for Respecting Fire:

1. Fire is wild. NEVER leave it unattended.

2. Stay back. It can and will burn you. It can also jump, leap, and eat voraciously.

3. Before building a fire, consider where it will be burned, as well as the area around the burn site. Clear the area above and around by 10 feet. Clear the ground below the fire itself.

4. Mind the wind. Fire feeds on oxygen. Air makes fire bigger, stronger, and wilder. Smoke and cinders fly through the air. Know which way is downwind and be sure it is clear. Fire flies!

5. Mind what you intend to feed the fire because as it burns it will release gases and particulates into the air. You don’t want a smokescreen. Never cut live trees or branches from live trees to burn. Be sure your candles do not have lead wicks.

6. IF the fire gets away from its burn site, be well prepared to stop it. (!!) Have an extinguisher, fire blanket or lid, plenty of water, or a shovel for dirt, right at hand. If anyone gets burned, immerse the burned body part in COOL WATER! (not butter)

7. Allow your fire to burn completely down to ash if possible. If you must douse it with water, drown all embers, not just red ones. Pour water until the fire stops hissing. (Yes, you are killing it.) Scrape the wood and stir the charcoal to check for any live embers. Be sure what is left is cold to the touch. If you do not have water, mix plenty of dirt or sand with the embers, stirring both together, until they are cool to the touch. Do NOT bury the fire as it will smolder and burn the roots underground, which eventually lead to the surface, and spark a wildfire.

8. Put out candles with a snuffer, rather than blowing the flame off the wick. This disrespects the element itself (no one likes to be blown off) and it is likely to splatter wax onto nearby surfaces. If you have no snuffer, cup both hands around the flame, send appreciation to the fire for its light and warmth, and, as efficiently as possible, blow it out (kill it). Lick your fingertips and pinch the wick to seal the flame’s fate. Again, you’ll know the fire is completely out (dead) when the hissing stops.

How to Call on St. Michael the Archangel for Courage

St. Michael is aligned with the energetic frequency of the element of fire. He is the first tier manifestation of this energy, and all fire and light, come into being via his power. Michael is the patron saint of those who do battle: police, firemen, soldiers, etc. He is a warrior angel, has incredible strength, and wields a really big sharp sword to bring the light of truth and the fire of justice. Sometimes he is seen carrying the Scales of Justice too.

God created the angels to serve mankind. Their job is to do as we ask, but the rule is you must ask. Remember, God does not have a body. He works through his angels and you. Ask Michael for help when you need strength or protection. How you ask is important.

In case of extreme emergency: Just call out his name, “St. Michael, help me.”

If you have the time and a place, however, your best results will come from taking care of the details. It shows your intention, and life is all about what you create it to be. If you have time, do this on a Tuesday. Wear red and blue. If you don’t have an altar, put a candle (at least one) in a room to the South. Stand before it, facing South. Light the candle, placing the hot match into a safe place. Spread your feet about shoulder width apart. Put your hands together in prayer position, with fingers pointing up. Gaze into the flame(s) and allow yourself to sense the warmth, notice the light, and recognize any vibrant colors. The candle’s flame may stretch up, have a rainbow or blue aura, or dance in a steady rhythm.

Once you recognize Michael’s presence, separate your hands and open your arms, palms up (like a stick-up but with elbows bent/hands heart high). Fold your dominant hand into a 2-finger gun position, point it down and to the left, and, holding your other hand where it was at heart high level, quickly scribe a flaming blue star in the air to the South. I make a shooshing sound as I draw it to raise the vibrational frequencies, trailing sparkling blue fire in my mind’s eye as I draw the shape. Then with the tip of my “gun” I reach and point into the heart of the star and call aloud, “Adonai” (ADD-duh-NI), sustaining the last syllable till you’re out of breath. Bring your hands back to each side of your body, still up, and say: Archangel Michael, I invoke you and your Fire to my side in this time of need. Please strengthen and support whoever to deal with whatever . Bring your justice/sword/power to light the path of truth and help me to conquer my fears and opponents. I ask that all involved benefit from your might, according to the Divine Plan, in perfect Grace, for their highest good, with harm to none. May this or something better than this come to pass right away. For the realization that all I have asked has already been granted, I give thanks… And SO IT IS.

Nature of the Soul: You Coming?

In all times and places, each culture had their Mystery Schools and Traditions. These Esoteric Paths of Training reached beyond Morality and Philosophy to that Spiritual Alchemy which transformed the Spiritual Seeker into a Conscious Co-Creator, and empowered them to take up the work of Spiritual Evolution upon this Planet.

At long last, you will have answers to the questions: Who am I? Why am I here? How am I supposed to accomplish these things?

You will also learn true meditation. Meditation for service to humanity, as well as meditation that connects you to the Collective Consciousness in your waking state. This is not just listening to music or a pretty story and napping. This training prepares you for your ability to help the world, gives you the techniques with which to do that, and raises the frequencies of your body, your mind, and your life and affairs so that your next incarnation begins at a higher stage than where you are now.

The Nature of the Soul provides in-depth training through progressive techniques and practices which will unfold the Soul within the Personality, and which will allow that Soul to take up its Service within our World.

Although this training lasts about two years. The time will pass anyway, and there will never come a time when you feel you have learned everything there is to know.
